当社の取締役に元ソニー副社長の勝本徹氏が就任しました。
本日開催された定時株主総会および株主総会終了後の取締役会において、当社の新役員体制を以下の通り決定しました。当社は新体制のもと、新製品CYBO Scanおよび細胞解析AIソリューションの事業化を加速します。

この度、CYBOの社外取締役に就任することとなり、大変光栄に思います。私は今までの事業経験と研究開発経験を活かし、CYBOの成長とイノベーションに貢献できることを楽しみにしています。デジタル技術とAIの進化は、細胞分析の分野においても大きな変革をもたらしています。これからの時代において、CYBOが最先端の技術を駆使し、医療やバイオテクノロジーの発展に寄与できることを確信しています。戦略的な視点からのアドバイスや、新たなビジネスチャンスの発掘に努めると 同時に、新規事業立ち上げの現場で培った経験・知識を活かし、技術革新を社会実装するためのサポートを行っていきたいと考えています。
プロフィール
1982年ソニー株式会社（現ソニーグループ株式会社）入社。ハンディカム、デジタル一眼カメラ α、メディカル製品・ソリューション、業務用放送機器など幅広い事業領域に従事した後、ソニーグループのコーポレートR&Dを指揮してきた。2020年副社長兼最高技術責任者（CTO）就任。2022年に副社長退任した後も社内選抜人材研修機関である「ソニーユニバーシティ」の学長を今年３月末まで継続。現在はTDK株式会社社外取締役。
Toru Katsumoto, former Vice President of Sony, joins CYBO’s Board of Directors.
The new executive team of our company was decided as follows during the annual general meeting of shareholders held today, as well as at the board of directors meeting that took place after the shareholder meeting. Under this new leadership structure, our company will accelerate the commercialization of our new product, CYBO Scan, as well as the cell analysis AI solution.

I am very honored to be appointed as an external director of CYBO. I look forward to leveraging my business and R&D experience to contribute to CYBO's growth and innovation.The evolution of digital technology and AI is revolutionizing the field of cellular analysis. I am confident that CYBO will be able to contribute to the development of medicine and biotechnology with its cutting-edge technology in the coming years.I will strive to provide advice from a strategic perspective and identify new business opportunities, and at the same time, I hope to support the implementation of technological innovations in society by utilizing my experience and knowledge gained in the field of new business startups.
Profile
Joined Sony Corporation (now Sony Group Corporation) in 1982. After working across a wide range of business areas, including Handycam, digital single-lens reflex cameras Alpha, medical products and solutions, and professional broadcasting equipment, he led the corporate R&D of Sony Group. In 2020, he was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Although he stepped down as Executive Vice President in 2022, he continued serving as President of "Sony University," the company’s internal leadership development institute, until the end of March this year. He currently serves as an outside director at TDK Corporation.
