ご利用方法
メールまたは書面郵送にて、次の事項をお知らせください。
1．通報者の氏名、所属会社名、当社との関係（※１）
2．法令または諸規則の違反、不正行為、反倫理的な行為等の内容（※２）
3．本通報窓口以外に通報相談している場合は、通報相談先
4．希望するご連絡方法（メール、書簡、電話など）と連絡先（※１）
※１ 匿名による通報も可能です。匿名の場合、調査 ・是正措置に限界がありますことをご承知ください。
※２ いつ、どこで、誰が、誰に、何を、どのようにして、どうした、等（５W１H）を可能な限り詳細にご記入ください。
※３ 通報対象行為を証する資料がある場合、メールまたは書面に添付ください。
通報後の当社の対応
通報いただきました事柄については、事実確認等を実施したうえで、コンプライアンス違反が認められた場合は、必要な是正措置を行います。
その他
・通報者に関する情報や通報いただいた内容は、当社の規程に則り厳正に管理し、当社におけるコンプライアンス違反の調査や対応以外の用途に使用することはありません。ただし、法令等により開示を求められる場合は、この限りではありません。
・当社は、通報者の匿名性および通報者の保護に ついて最大限配慮します。通報したことにより、当社が通報者およびその勤務先に対して不利益な取り扱いをすることは一切ございません。ただし、個人への誹謗中傷、またはその他不正の目的で通報された場合は、この限りではありません。
The CYBO hotline can be used to confidentially disclose any concerns that you may have. You can use it to report instances where you believe that the behavior of our employees or officers is considered to be illegal, unethical, or that any fraudulent acts or breaches of regulations have occurred.
How to make a report
You can report concerns to the CYBO Hotline via email or mail.

Please let us know the following information:
1. Your name, name of the company you belong to, and relationship with our company (*1)
2. Contents of the violations of laws and regulations, fraudulent or unethical acts performed, etc. (*2)
3. If you have reported this incident or spoken about it with another person, information about who that person is.
4. Adress or email address we can use to contact you. (*1)
*1 Anonymous reporting is also possible. Please be aware that if you remain anonymous, there are limits to our ability to investigate and take corrective action.
*2 Please fill in as much detail as possible: when, where, who, to whom, what, how, what happened, etc. (5W1H).
*3 If you have any documents that can prove the act(s) that you are reporting, please attach them to the email or document.
What will happen to your report:
Your report will be reviewed by the CYBO Hotline Team, and if violations of regulations, fraudulent acts or unethical acts are found, we will take necessary corrective actions.
- Information about the reporting party and the contents of reports will be strictly managed in accordance with our company's regulations and will not be used for any purpose other than investigating at our company. However, this does not apply if disclosure is required by law.
- We will take precautions to preserve the anonymity of the whistleblower and ensure the protection of the whistleblower. As a result of this reporting, our company will not treat the whistleblower or their workplace disadvantageously. However, this does not apply if the report is made for the purpose of defaming an individual or for other fraudulent purposes.
