4億円の資金調達を実施

シリーズAでジャフコおよびインキュベイトファンドより4億円の資金を調達しました。この資金を活用して、SHIGIをベースとしたAI医療機器の開発および事業化を推進し、2024年度中の販売開始を目指します。
製品開発の加速および会社の規模拡大に伴い、エンジニアや管理人材などの採用を拡大します。さらに本ラウンドの投資家であるジャフコから沼田朋子氏が当社の社外取締役に就任致しました。また、子宮頸がん向け製品の事業化を加速するため杉山裕子が6月1日付で細胞診プロダクトマネージャーに、アテローム血栓症の早期発見ソリューション開発を加速するために矢冨裕が4月1日付で学術顧問に就任しました。詳細はプレスリリースをご参照ください。

We have raised 400 million yen from JAFCO and IncubareFund in Series A. The funds will be used to advance the development and commercialization of SHIGI-based AI medical devices, with the aim of launching sales by the end of FY2024.
To accelerate product development and scale up the company, we will increase our hiring of engineers and management personnel. Furthermore, Tomoko Numata from JAFCO, an investor in this round, has been appointed as an External Director of CYBO. In addition, Yuko Sugiyama was appointed as Product Manager of Cytology as of June 1 to accelerate the commercialization of products for cervical cancer, and Yutaka Yatomi was appointed as Scientific Advisor as of April 1 to accelerate the development of early detection solutions for atherothrombosis.
