CYBO entered into a joint research agreement with JFCR
CYBO is pleased to announce that it signed a joint research agreement with Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research (“JFCR”) to evaluate and improve its high-speed 3D cytology system, which has been developed in its SHIGI project. In the joint research project, CYBO will install the high-speed 3D cytology system in Cytology Department, The Cancer Institute Hospital of JFCR (Department Director: Dr. Yuko Sugiyama) to evaluate its utility for cervical cytology. The project plans to test 2,000 cervical cytology samples. Please see the news release for further details.

A scientific journal “Cell” has published a research paper entitled “Intelligent Image-Activated Cell Sorting”¹. Multiple organizations including the University of Tokyo² and Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST)³ reported it in their press release, and media including The Chemical Daily⁴, Nikkei Biotech⁵, and ScienceDaily⁶ introduced it. In their press releases and articles, CYBO was introduced as a company to commercialize the technology.
