CYBO Scan
Turn depth-rich cytology slides into digital assets you can reuse anytime, anywhere. CYBO Scan rapidly captures whole-slide images with up to 40 high-resolution Z-layers and compresses them in real time. Once a slide is scanned, it is ready for remote case conferences, expert consultations, AI development, education, and long-term archiving, supporting flexible digital use of each specimen.

High-resolution 3D imaging
Real-time compression and decompression

Autoloader supporting 100 slides
Compact body
Easy operation
CYBO Scan is not intended for diagnostic use or diagnostic support. Remote viewing, AI research, and archiving require appropriate network infrastructure, servers, storage, software, and other related equipment.

This 3D playback reproduces the depth of cytology slides in digital form so that it feels as if you were looking through an optical microscope. As you move the focal plane up and down, the image changes in the same way, allowing you to see sheet-like arrangements, glandular 3D structures and fine nuclear grooves. You can review slide structures in a natural, familiar way using rich images that preserve full 3D information.

CYBO View
CYBO View is a browser-based viewer that lets you freely explore the 3D image data acquired with CYBO Scan. By decompressing compressed whole-slide image data on the fly at viewing time, it helps reduce extra disk usage and long loading times while keeping navigation across the entire slide smooth. Being browser-based, it also supports flexible access from remote environments.

In CYBO View, only the required image tiles are retrieved from compressed slide data, decompressed, and displayed in real time in response to user actions. This enables responsive changes in magnification, smooth panning across the field of view, and intuitive Z-focus adjustments. From whole-slide overview and cell screening to detailed inspection and annotation, the entire workflow can be performed as a seamless, natural sequence of operations.
