CYBO Begins Shipment of Mass-Produced CYBO Scan

2026年4月30日、CYBO Scanの量産製造を委託している日本精密測器株式会社の本社・工場にて、CYBO Scan量産初出荷式が執り行われました。
CYBO Scanは、Natureに論文掲載されたホールスライド・エッジ・トモグラフィー技術を基盤とし、細胞診標本の高品質な3Dデジタル画像取得を可能にするデジタル細胞診スキャナです。今回の量産品の出荷開始は、CYBOが進めるデジタル細胞診およびAI細胞解析ソリューションの社会実装に向けた重要な節目となります。
当日は、両社代表による挨拶のほか、テープカットを行い、量産初出荷という節目を関係者一同で祝いました。
On April 30, 2026, a ceremony marking the first shipment of CYBO Scan mass-production models was held at the headquarters and factory of NIHON SEIMITSU SOKKI CO., LTD., the manufacturing partner entrusted with the mass production of CYBO Scan.
CYBO Scan is a digital cytology scanner based on whole-slide edge tomography, a technology published in Nature, and enables the acquisition of high-quality 3D digital images of cytology specimens. The shipment of CYBO Scan mass-production models represents an important milestone toward the real-world implementation of CYBO’s digital cytology and AI-based cell analysis solutions.
During the ceremony, representatives of both companies delivered remarks, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Together with all attendees, the companies celebrated this milestone marking the first shipment of CYBO Scan mass-production models.
